Turkish!

Saturdays class looked at some shoulder mobilization & flexibility exercises, before moving onto the Turkish Get-up!

WOD

Do as many Turkish Get-ups as you can in 10 Mins.  The key here is to keep correct form and to keep the movements smooth and controlled!
